Founded in 2000, this biannual exhibition has been successfully held for six sessions. The theme of this year’s exhibition is the ‘Aesthetics City’, primarily aiming to show how ‘Design lead to creative life’ and ‘Aesthetics construct ideal city’ during the process of urbanization. The exhibition is more interested in ‘the design with avant-garde concepts’ in order to evoke a philosophical pondering for the future of mankind.

There are 537 design artworks, nearly half of them are from US, Europe and Japan. All the works are divided into 10 categories with different themes, including ‘Film City’, ‘The Night of the City’, ‘The City of Craftsmanship, ‘City of Interface’ and etc.
